New property discovery app secures £200 k to attract more agencies

Crowdhaus, the new app for house hunters in London that can be used in a similar way to the Tinder dating app. You simply swipe left to right to reject or approve properties.

The app is also used to scan a codes placed on property windows to check more details on the property.

The new cash will be used to develop the IPhone app and build an android version.

The app has made it far largely with Government backing through the British Business Bank, the Geovation accelerator programme and an Innovate UK Smart Grant application.

Conan Osborne, the app's co-founder said:

“We are looking forward to combining our ambitions with their start-up expertise to take the business to the next level. Our vision is to become the go-to property discovery platform for a digitally native audience”.
