Berkeley Homes will launch, tomorrow, 30 July, a collection of 765 high-specification apartments in Reading town centre, just a 10-minute walk from the station.
The new residential development, Huntley Wharf will features a distinctive collection of designs and layouts, broadening the style and range of properties currently available to buy in Reading. Huntley Wharf is built on the former site of the world-renowned biscuit manufacturers Huntley and Palmers factory, which led to Reading becoming known as the ‘Biscuit Town’. PRP, the architects who worked on this development, have sought to develop a design that celebrates the site's industrial past in a contemporary way. Brick detailing, cladding, materials, balconies and roof lines have all been carefully considered.
